The host resides locally and is available from 7am - 10pm to assist guests.

An amazing variety of restaurants, Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, Waterfront, cruise terminals, & many other popular destinations are just steps away. It’s a beautiful place in which to relax, recharge, and plan adventures.

Guests have access to entire condo.

Though there are many attractions just a short walk away, use of a dedicated parking spot in the attached secured garage is included during your stay.

As an added benefit, guests are invited to use the rooftop deck that features a view of the iconic Space Needle and the twinkling Seattle skyline.



Expansive windows with views to match welcome you into this luxurious, soothing space. The open layout and high ceilings leave plenty of room to stretch out, relax on the couch, or sip a glass of wine while enjoying the views.

Whether you choose to dine at one of the countless quality restaurants or prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, you can’t go wrong. The coffee bar includes a Keurig machine with a selection of pods and creamers—for those who prefer tea, an electric kettle and a selection of teas are provided.

Want a movie night in? Two high-definition Roku-TVs allow you to conveniently access your own streaming accounts or enjoy live broadcast television.

The bedroom is an oasis of calm complete with a dreamy bed, easy device charging, and several luxurious pillows.

The large walk-in closet has plenty of space to comfortably store everything you need for your travels. If additional sleeping space is needed, the living room sofa converts into a queen-size bed.

The bathroom features a heated bidet seat, and walk-in shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There’s also an assortment of fluffy towels, a hairdryer, and body lotion.

For added convenience, there is an in-unit laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

If you need some focus time, there’s a comfortable dedicated workspace with a full-sized desk. The high-speed internet is fast enough to handle streaming and video calls.

*My condo is located in the heart of the city and, although generally quiet, there is the potential to hear street noise, as well as nightlife. As with most densely populated urban areas, there is diversity among Seattle locals. If a completely quiet, family oriented environment is a must have, the downtown area may not be the best place to stay.

*Our home is part of a wonderful community made up of friends and neighbors who look out for one another. Parties or gatherings in the condo are not permitted, and will be reported.

*This is a secured access building which includes security cameras located on the exterior doors and in the lobby.

**The check in method is via a call box at the building entrance. Check in is available between 4:00pm and 12:00am. Check in is not available after 12:00am.

* The parking space in the garage is best suited for compact to mid size vehicles. The assigned parking space is narrow. We suggest backing into the space for easier maneuvering in and out. The garage door height is 6'7".

* All vehicles entering and exiting the garage MUST STOP AND WAIT for the garage door to close before driving away. DO NOT follow other vehicles in or out of the garage. DO NOT allow others to follow you in or out of the garage. A $500 fine will be charged to guests who violate garage door rules.
