Property was even nicer that the fotos. More than enough room for our party of 8. Close to everything and only a shot (bumpy) cart ride way to downtown and neighboring beaches. Rental team was very responsive and help set up all kinds of activities. Would definitely stay again

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. It felt peaceful and special from the moment we arrived, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our trip.The location was wonderful, the space was even better than expected, and the whole experience felt easy and welcoming. We truly loved our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

What a perfect home. The pool was such a perfect addition. The kitchen was equipped well and my multiple generation family of nine had plenty of room. Favorite parts of the Sanctuary…easy 5 or so minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to town on a fun golf cart. The house is beautifully designed to accommodate a larger group. Seeing and hearing howling monkeys. The concierge service was so helpful, as was the host. Thank you for creating such a perfect space to make for lasting memories. Sunset on the beach every night…

Perfect Vacation Home

My family and I had a perfect stay at this beautiful home. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach. We were very close to town as well, walkable, but we had a golf cart for our stay which we found to be the most convenient form of transportation while exploring Playa Guiones. Everything was very new and very clean. The home was well appointed with all of the ammenities you would expect while staying at a luxury rental. There was also a concierge service which we were in contact with who helped us with any day to day items that came up as well as booking activities. We would happily stay at this home over and over again.

This house is awesome. The photos and description does not represent how great it is. We were a group of 9. My wife and I, our son and his girlfriend, my daughter and 3 of her friends and my wife’s mother - all adults. This house accommodated us perfectly. It is very roomy. The bathrooms are well designed and decorated. The kitchen is huge and had everything needed - including a blender for smoothies for all the local fruit. I cannot express how great Joshua - the concierge - was. He arranged everything for us. Our rental cart was in the driveway upon arrival. Joshua greeted us and gave a tour. He booked a chef for a wonderful dinner - i highly recommend doing this. The kitchen was stocked with food and drinks to make our arrival relaxed and refreshing. He even arranged our shuttle from the airport. Any questions we had Joshua responded immediately. The outside area is exceptional. Pool, loungers and the outside shower. It is the best shower I have ever experienced. The pool has great natural shade for those hot afternoons. This house is in a great location. Short walk to the beach. Closest dining is Ventanita which has the best breakfast, coffee and lunch in town. Don’t skip it. I would 100% return.
