Cute, cozy and inviting condo. Loved how convenient it was to walk to nearby restaurants. Kitchen had a great assortment of coffee cups and creamers. Our stay was brief, no need to completely utilize the kitchen, but well equipped had we wanted to prepare meals.

So glad you enjoyed you stay! Thank you for the nice review. Would love to host you again.
This is a lovely, charming property! The fact that it is an older property, built in 1912, adds to its charm. The host has it decorated nicely and also has it well supplied for your stay. It is in a great location. We could walk to everything - restaurants and shops. We took the train to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The train depot is very close. We so enjoyed our stay here! If we should return in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

So happy to hear you had a very nice stay with us! Hope you get a chance to return.
The house was clean and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The host was responsive to questions and concerns. Beds are comfortable and plenty of blankets and pillows.
The property was as advertised and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Beds were comfortable. The location right on Rt 66 was very convenient. We did have another guest use a code to open our door. Just a mistake, but I reached out to the number left on the board in the kitchen and received no reply.

I apologize that nobody got back with you when you called. Our handyman put his phone number up on the board after we had a skunk issue. For some reason he didn't think to tell me that he did that. It has now been removed. That was unfortunate because it was certainly misleading.
My contact information is not only sent in the welcome message when a guest make a reservation, it's listed on the House Rules the guest receives when the reservation is placed and it is printed in the welcome packet that is located in the vacation rental. Again, apologies nobody got back with you.
The codes to both units are different. So nobody can enter the wrong unit unless the door is unlocked. Although we send very specific directions on how to enter each property, people still make mistakes. We plan to put an identifier on each door so there cannot be a mistake. Big letter A? Big letter B? We're working that out.
Thanks for your feedback. Would have been nice to have a private message through the app when you didn't get a response on the phone number. That would have been better than a four-star review and we could have resolved an6 concerns right away.
The host was very accommodating and helpful. The home was in a great location and had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again no problem!

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay with us! We'd be honored to host you again.
The property was extremely convenient to everything in town. Easy to walk to restaurants and the grocery store. It was clean, and every amenity you could possibly want was in place. We would definitely stay there again - when we aren’t traveling with our dog. The property is billed as “pet friendly”. However, the entire property is covered with concrete. No place on property for a dog to relieve themselves. All around the neighborhood are privately owned homes with fenced yards. There is a Masonic Lodge two blocks away with a nice lawn, but we were scolded for letting the dog sniff there. We made friends with a guy who has a car wash a block away and our dog enjoyed his soft gravel. This is a wonderful place to stay, but not when you are traveling with an elderly dog with special needs.
This was a great property, very conveniently located. Everything was within easy walking distance in Williams. House was very clean, well organized, beds were comfortable, enough things in the kitchen to make this stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again
This is a wonderful spot. Everything was clean and in working order. Cute decor. Near Grand Canyon and historic Route 66. Lots of places to shop and sight see
I had such a great experience staying here. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, steps to shops, restaurants and attractions. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
Wonderful place! Exactly as described and was walking distance to everything in Williams. As a solo female traveler with a dog, I felt very safe staying at this little gem of a place and would highly recommend! Thank you Bryce and Michelle. I look forward to renting your place again in the future.
