We had a great week! The house was perfect! We were a 5 min. walk to a private beach! We loved watching the waves and surfers near Fisherman’s’ Memorial! There are plenty of restaurants nearby! Great communication from owners and very nice neighbors! We hope to visit again!

Enjoyable stay at this clean & neat cottage

Updated cottage offered plenty of room. Ductless AC units in rooms allowed individual temp settings. Loved having a washer/dryer and 1.5 baths! Front porch seating was extra comfy and became a fav spot to relax and enjoy breezy evenings. Owner was very reponsive. Self check-in/out was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious, clean and convenient

This is our second time renting this cottage but we've been renting in Breakwater for 20 years. Some of our favorite features of this rental is the 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, covered porch to enjoy breezy relaxing, quick & easy walk to the private beach, fridge with water/ice machine, lots of room and excellent A/C! Michele the owner is very responsive and accomodating. You won't be disappointed- we've never been.

Great location and super clean!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect - one block to private beach (easy enough that my kids didn't complain). The house was well appointed and super clean upon arrival. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation home in great location!

We stayed here with our two daughters (12 and 15) and absolutely loved it. The house was incredibly clean upon arriving and was so welcoming and comfortable. Easy walk to the private beach, great place to take bike rides, restaurants close by...we didn't want to leave. We will be returning for sure.

This was our 2nd time staying at this home. The owners are great and everything that you need for the week is there. The only drawback (and there really aren't any) is that there is no outdoor shower. The hose right outside the home worked just fine. Looking forward to our next stay.

I came here for a girlfriends weekend with my friends ! It was perfect. The beach is working walking distance and you can go anytime to relax. This house is quiet and comfortable . The owner was very responsive you have everything you need when you enter this house . I will defiantly be back again

Perfect wedding weekend getaway!!!

We rented the home for the weekend as our "honeymoon" getaway. We were married on the 7th at the lighthouse and we could not have asked for a better place. We have stayed in Breakwater Village for years and have seen this home before. The renovations are AMAZING!!!! The owners accommodated us with our every request and got back to us promptly. They were really great. Thank you again for allowing us to have the PERFECT getaway to start our married lives together. The reception was at Charlie O's in their private room upstairs. The day was just AMAZING. Thank you again!!! We will return and tell all of our friends.

We are from Rhode Island and have always enjoyed the beach.

Why they chose this property

We have been renting in this community for years and have been looking for a place . It is a great place where you can bring kids and actually allow them to be kids.
It also a place where adults can truly relax and enjoy themselves.

What makes this property unique

If you enjoy the outdoors like us, this is the place. Dine outside on the patio with a nice table and chair set and a weber grill. Have coffee in the morning on the front porch while enjoying the peace and quiet of the ocean. Rinse off outside from a long day at the beach in the outdoor shower.
Also lots of room for a whiffle ball game.
