This bright and beachy home will be your next favorite getaway spot in the charming town of Ocean Isle Beach. With just a short two-mile distance to the beach, you'll get plenty of "quiet, local" vibes while still enjoying the proximity to shopping, dining options, a public boat ramp, putt-putt, and a wide range of other outdoor activities.

Inside, the open floor plan allows for plenty of quality time with your group as you prepare and enjoy your favorite meals and snacks in the well-equipped kitchen with updated appliances. Stream all your favorite channels on the smart TVs or play games together around the dining table in the living area. The furnished side patio gives everyone plenty of outdoor space under cover and with a ceiling fan for added comfort. Dine alfresco after using the grill, or just enjoy the sights and sounds of the coast.

This home also includes a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.
