About this property

A relaxing farm getaway located on 25 acres of farmland, woods, and views of the mountains. Located minutes from the Ocoee rafting and hiking and also minutes from the Hiwassee River where you can take a lazy ride downtown he river or do some hiking and exploring. Drive down country roads and experience Amish Country. Visit the local winery or visit the surrounding towns of Cleveland TN, Etowah, Copper Head, and Ocoee. After a long day on the river or hiking in the mountains, you can come back to the farm and grill on the front porch while watching the sunset and the fireflies or sit around the fire pit while telling stories and eating s’mores. You will sleep like a baby on the comfortable beds that have quality sheets and bedding. The main has a KING size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a set of QUEEN sized bunk beds, and the 3rd room as 2 sets of TWIN bunk beds. Wake up and have coffee on the deck while watching the horses and donkeys in the field! Experience farm paradise!

Great Property!

The area was very clean and tidy, especially considering there were animals (horses and donkeys) on the property. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, great for a break from daily life. Overall, I’d say this is an accurate, but certainly more comfortable, farm getaway. Guests don’t have to deal with all the dirt and mire of farm life, but can get a taste of the tranquility it brings — with the only real noise being the wind and birds in the distant air. The swings were a nice touch, and provided me personally with a sense of awe at the mountains. It reminded me greatly of my time in Virginia on a farm, but without many bugs and or any rodents. I missed those farmhouse days, thank you for taking me back. Great property overall! Definitely recommend if you want a simple getaway. If you’re looking for activities outside the house on the other hand, I think the best you’ll get is local events and churches. You’ll be outside of all the major southern Tennessee and Northern Georgia hotspots. Not far, but certainly a day trip to these places. Still, it worked out great for us, as we were only 20 minutes from our destination. I highly recommend, and, honestly, I wish we could go back already!
