Welcome to Henderson Haus within Henderson Park, Unit 2. This lovely 3 bed/ 3 bath townhome is situated right by the beach, with an extended view of Henderson State Park. This unit comfortably sleeps 8 with its King, Queen, 2 Twin single beds setup, 2 twin/twin bunkbed setup, and private deck with seating. Only a short way away from the beach and a short drive to local activities, dining and shopping areas.If you want to shop, feel free to check out the local 100-store upscale shopping center, some of the amazing golf courses, go parasailing, deep sea fishing, rent a jet ski or boat, go on a diving charter, paddle board, swim with dolphins, play mini golf, race go karts, rent a golf cart or moped, go on a helicopter tour and so much more! Great budget friendly beach view home

The property had everything we needed and was a great price for the Destin location. Was worried at first dealing with a property management company but it worked out so well that we will be seeking out other properties by Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals in the future.

Family Vacation

Nice and comfortable place to stay. There was plenty of space and a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Very close to pretty much every store and restaurant. Highly recommended.

Best of Destin

Crystal Beach area is our favorite place to stay in Destin. We visit 3-4 times a year and always stay in this neighborhood. This was our first time staying in this rental and it was very nice and we would highly recommend this location and unit. It had everything needed and the outdoor shower was great for sandy shoes.

Beautiful place and great location! Walking distance to the white sands & blue water beach! You can, however, tell that it has been loved by many as it does need a little TLC as in paint touch up. Had a few issues with light fixtures but maintenance was right on it and fixed it promptly for us.It was well stocked and was furnished and decorated very tastefully. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location was nice and felt very safe. Really nice local eateries. Great to have two dedicated work stations for remote work. Fast Wi-Fi was a great feature. Beds were very comfortable.

Absolute Gem on the Beach

Beautiful Beach sunsets off of the back patio. Very quiet neighborhood which was surprising for being as close to everything as it was. From the bedrooms and bathrooms all the way to the garage, the place was extremely clean. This was my first time visiting in the Destin area, and having stayed here made the trip that much better.

Beautiful, peaceful stay

Our townhouse was amazing! We were next to the national park and right across from the beach, so the area was peaceful and quieter, yet close to any amenity you need. The condo itself was beautiful, bright and spacious, with a great layout and comfortable rooms! We loved being able to walk to the beach every morning with our toddler, and we truly feel refreshed leaving our vacation! We would definitely come back next year!

It was a great location and awesome accomodation for our local family to join us at times for meals

It is very accomocating for 6 people. We are in our 70's and very physically fit. It might be more difficult for persons who have difficulty climbing stairs. My husband has dementia and we did just fine, but he is still very physically able to do a lot. It is truly a beautiful townhouse and location is perfect. Would highly recommend except when we might want to come back :)

Nice location but...

Great location and nice view from the top floor, but the top floor smelled like a damp basement. Smell did not go away. Also, the walk to the public beach access point is too far if you have a lot of items to carry. Found out that we could have accessed the beach from the inn across the street but we weren't provided the access key and that was frustrating. We also didn't like any of the bathrooms. Top floor bathroom tub was clogged when we arrived. All bathrooms need to be upgraded and cable didn't work.
