Medical institutions such as Conway Regional Hospital and Baptist Medical Hospital are not far. The Conway area has several nearby trails for those of you looking for a more active experience, or if you just plan to do some remote work in a quiet place, we have a built-in office with Wi-Fi and printing capabilities to get your work done. Property access is via entering a code previously provided for the front door electronic keypad. For your security, there is a front door bell with a built-in camera. The garage has a level 2 EV charger provided for your convenience at no additional charge. Pets are welcome, but need to be listed on the reservation at a cost of $50 per pet per stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family. Great location. The only thing I wish was different was the kitchen table, but overall was a great stay. Would stay again! Host was very accommodating.

Great location for anyone coming for UCA events! Clean and plenty of space. Only minor issue was there is only room for 4 at the kitchen table. We would stay here again!!

Perfect home for family reunion

The property is located in West Gate subdivision, a family neighborhood that is close to where I live (less than 1 mile) so it is very convenient and quick for me to respond to any guest's requests or issues. Also, the property is centrally located near many institutions, shops, and restaurants.

The property has been recently remodeled, it is centrally located to be used as a hub to visit the city of Conway's attractions or stay in the house within a quiet neighborhood to get some work done with a dedicated office with free Wi-Fi and wireless printing capabilities.
