Waterfront ground level efficiency condo on Robin Drive (28th St.)! This canal front condo is approx. 7/10 of a mile from the beach and Atlantic Ocean - a very quick drive or an 18-20 minute walk. First floor condo has a king sized bed and a daybed so you can sleep 3 people comfortably. Enjoy complimentary high speed internet/wifi and a smart TV in the living room so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) This condo is at the west end of Robin Dr. so you are not in all the hustle and bustle, but you are still a short walk or drive to everything. You'll be close to several restaurants and bars and there is even mini golf at the end of the street. You're also just minutes away from Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and tons of other places.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $67.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
