THE LAKE WILL BE DRAWN DOWN BY 12 FEET FROM /1/24 – 3/31/24 TO ALLOW FOR DREDGING & CONSTRUCTION/MAINTENANCE ON BOATHOUSES, SEAWALLS, ETC. **NOTE: With there being 21 feet of water directly in front of the boathouse at this home, guests will still be able to fish from the dock.

This is an amazing, one-of-a-kind lakefront home on the waters of beautiful Lake Lure. Featuring an upper level with the kitchen and dining area, the mid-level with a Queen bedroom w/Master Bath, and the lower level with a full-size sleeper sofa and the second full bath.

The fully equipped kitchen is just beautiful with its live edge granite countertops, and a high-top dining table with seating for four (4) completes the look on the main, upper level. The one (1) bedroom is beautifully decorated in soft blues and has its own private deck/balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a 52” flat screen TV. The stack washer & dryer are on this floor as well. The blue colors are carried through to the lower level with lots of lake décor. Access to the lower level can be from inside the home, using the “attic-like” ladder stairs, or from the outside of the house.

There is also a fabulous boathouse rooftop deck which includes a fully furnished screened porch with mini fridge. Two (2) Kayaks & two (2) paddle boards, as well as a floating dock are provided for guests to use and enjoy.
This home is definitely not for the older generation, simply due to the steep steps on the outside of the home down to the water, but for everyone else... this is the place for you, whether it's a weekend getaway, or an entire week's vacation! You won't soon forget this charming little slice of Heaven right here in Lake Lure!

*SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL OF OUR VACATION HOMES

**Homeowners will consider one (1) dog up to 50 lbs, w/prior approval by the property manager. (**Obviously registered service animals are an exception, but proof of certification will be required!)

We had a wonderful week at A'HH LURE! Peaceful and quiet, and the house is so nice! Everything was brand new and spotless. And everything we needed was there! We will definitely come back!

Amazing quaint lake home

First off A'hh Lure is located in a very beautiful cove on the lake. Convenient to everything! Grocery store is less than 2minutes away and all attractions and eateries are within 5 to 10 minutes away. When you walk into the home the immediate reaction is WOW this is immaculate and very well kept. Everything here is new and super clean. It has that 1950s vibe but completely updated with everything you could possibly need. The management staff is second to none, very responsive and local. The lakeside deck and screened porch are everything you could possbly want. My advice to future guests is believe the bear warnings as we saw one in the road very close by. We will absolutely stay here agsin and cant wait to do so! Bravo Exclusive Mountain Properties!

Wonderful house with a gorgeous view!

The house is so perfect, especially for 2 people. The location is awesome, right on the lake with amazing views and easy kayaking. It’s conveniently located near Chimney Park Village, golf, and other fun things to do. Plus really close to a grocery store. The house itself is really nice, like it was recently updated. It had everything we needed that you would expect plus lots of nice extras like nightlights near stairs, labeled lights, charging stations near the bed, plenty of towels, and extra blankets. We would definitely stay here again. Like the listing said, there are a lot of stairs, but we didn’t mind. We didn’t have any issues checking in. The instructions/rules for the home were simple and easy to follow. Highly recommend this house!
