Place was clean. Just dated. It did have everything we would need for our stay. Over was easy to get to and from downtown. Many locals discouraged walking anywhere in the area.

Good was the actual apartment especially the kitchen and bathroom - good communication with the property manager Bad was despite really good instructions on how to enter the building and room the actual key pad and lock box were hit or miss on with working Neighborhood is not great

This is a downtown and it’s just like anywhere in the country the neighborhood is decent but definitely it high end. If that’s what you were looking for you would have booked more expensive apartments in a high end neighborhood. This is a budget friendly apartment that we provide everything one needs for short term stay.
