The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and all the tools you need to prepare delicious meals or bake treats. Gather around the dining table or relax at the kitchen bar. The living room invites you to unwind with plush reclining couches and a 50" smart TV. The extra space has a daybed with a trundle bed to accommodate an additional guest.

The house is situated to the east of Nova Road and to south of LPGA Blvd. Positioned on a corner lot, the front of the house faces 8th Street, while the driveway is accessible from Narcissus Avenue. The entry door is off the patio, immediately in front of the driveway.
