Welcome to this cozy house in Port Orange. This property features 2 queen bedrooms, one full bath and one half bath. There is a privacy fence along the north and west sides of the property and plenty of parking. Conveniently located it is only 2.8 miles from the beach and 9.3 miles to Daytona International Speedway, Great food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. The convenient location allows plenty of time to relax between activities! Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Includes linens, towels and WiFi. Gas Grill available for use. A great place to call home base while you're away, We hope you enjoy your stay!

Other things to note:
-Three night minimum.
-If you have more than 4 guests there is an additional fee of $25 per guest, per night
-No third party bookings.
-Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
-No parties please.
-Pet fee $100
-No Smoking. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. Smoking penalty if inside the house is $300.

Great stay

We came for a music festival and this place was close to the venue and also conveniently in a quiet neighborhood. Will be staying there again.

The house was welcoming and clean. Close to all of the attractions. Short drive to Orlando. Within walking distance to the river. Short drive to the ocean beaches. Welcoming for our dog. Safe neighborhood. People are friendly here. The owner welcomed us and answered our texts when we needed something. He is very friendly and helpful. We loved this house. Would definitely recommend it.
