The space
This beach chic pad offers an open living space with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space and full-size bathroom with two vanities. Plenty of closet space and room for comfort. The unit also includes a washer and dryer in the utility closet if you should need it.

**PLEASE MAKE US AWARE THAT YOUR PET WILL BE JOINING YOU**

This is a small building so please be considerate of others. Excessive barking while you are away not comfortable for your dog or other guests/owners.

If you are booking or have already booked, it means you have read & agree to the information provided. “Although vrbo has provided a “Drop- down box” regarding pets, it’s not one size fits all. As agreed in the booking process, guests will be charged $150 for their pet and will be collected upon given information at time of booking.

We are pet lovers ourselves, and love to offer the opportunity for your furry family as well!

I decided to become a host because I learned from my mother at a young age about interior design and real estate and one of my dreams was to own, decorate and manage my own properties.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because I fell in love with the Island while looking for my first investment property all while vacationing there as well. It is truly my home away from home.

What makes this property unique

I think my property stands out from the rest because I purposely renovated and furnished it in a beach chic minimalist way to be able to be very comfortable, low maintenance, all while being seconds to all the amenities and beaches you can think of.
