This one bedroom apartment in a historic home has been newly remodeled and is located near the heart of Luverne just off of Highway 75. Close to: restaurants, library, gym, an amazing local brewery and just down the street from the grocery store. Dedicated workspace. We are 30 Miles from Sioux Falls, SD which is just down I-90. Perfect for Short Term Workforce Stays. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on premise. Window AC's. Keyless Entry and WiFi, and a Roku TV. Note: this property does not have cable, but you are able to access streaming services. Off Street Parking. The bathroom is ensuite.
