Many thanks for the review you posted about our condo. We think the upper level balcony is a small slice of heaven, so it is wonderful to hear it was great for your stay. We hope to see you back on the island star gazing real soon!
The condo was clean and updated. Michael met us there and helped us take up our luggage as the elevator was temporarily out of order. We appreciated such good service and nice updated accommodations!
Perfect Place, Don't wait if you're considering staying here.
Michael was an excellent host, took care of everything we needed. The place was exactly as described. It is nice that it is at the end of the island and in a gated community. It is still remarkably close to all the restaurants and bars. Do not wait if you are considering staying here.

Great location
Other than some cleanliness issues and electric outlet issues, this is a nice unit. Pretty updated kitchen and bathroom. Also nice to have the tall chairs and table on the top deck.
Condo was quiet, clean, great location, close to the beach. The property does have some deferred maintenance that need to be addressed.

Best Port O Call property
This was our 3rd vacation in a Port O Call property and by far the best. The unit was equipped with everything we needed! Beachside Vacations, the property manager, did an outstanding job to ensure all went well. Best vacation we have had in a while. Love the views of the ocean from the screened porch and balconey. Very comfortable condo! The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, not a mix match of dishes, glassware and cookware as we have experienced before. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great Proximity to the Beach!
304A Port O Call was clean and very comfortable. The screened porch and rooftop deck were great for relaxing and offered nice views of the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, but we didn't do any major cooking because there were so many excellent restaurants nearby. The best thing about this condo is its proximity to the beach. We could roll out of bed and be on the beach to watch the sunrise in 2 minutes! We also enjoyed having access to the heated lap pool near the Wild Dunes hotel. Beachside Vacations did a good job with the logistics of gaining access to Wild Dunes and the condo.
This property and furniture is in really bad shape and the property management company was horrible!

Return Couple
Without realizing it I booked A304 again and I am glad I did.
Ibooked this unit in Oct. 2018 and was disappointed with the lack of good housekeeping and reported several problems.
When I realized I was again in unit A304 I looked around and discovered everything was in the best of care.
The week was delightful and I will book A304 again. It is comfortable, everything works, and it is clean.

Beautiful view
My husband took me an my boys here for my birthday and we had a blast! The condo was plenty for a long weekend but as a family of 4 we couldn't have stayed much longer. The bed in the pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable. My son ended up just sleeping on the couch. The main bed was in need of a new mattress but other than that it was a lovely place and we enjoyed pur time there!! Check in was amazing they didn't have anyone there before us so they let us check in early which allowed us to get out on the beach and enjoy one of the few warm days we had while we were here.

Thank you for the comments and review. I always appreciate positive feedback and recommendations. I will definitely look into the mattress and maybe putting a cover on the sleeper sofa. I am excited you otherwise loved the condo, the area, and our easy check-in procedure. I hope you are able to make it back to the island next year!
The location was great! the only downside was it is an older unit and the furniture is old and well worn, not inviting. The commode wasn't stable, broken tiles in the kitchen, dirty air filters and vents. This was a last minute trip for us so it worked fine and the weather was in the low to mid 70s so we had the windows open and could hear and see the ocean - lived on the screened in porch when we were there. The kitchen is fine, nice appliances and well stocked other than they need pot holders.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Host double-booked us, walked in without knocking
Host double-booked us and forgot we were staying for two nights and someone from management walked in without knocking while me and my partner were not dressed. Very unprofessional and ruined part of our trip. Would not do anything to make things right
We got into the condo and AC did not work properly and it was extremely hot. We called property manager and they moved us to a different unit immediately.

Nice View, Easy access but Beach Erosion was bad and bulldozers outside of room running 24/7
Nice View, Easy access but Beach Erosion was bad and bulldozers outside of room running 24/7.
The place was exactly as shown in pics. Nice Partial view, upper deck nice..
Small, cozy, - porch was nice and opens into master
Bad news: the Beach was undergoing beach reclamation and the bull dozers were going all day and night. w/ their beeping noise. sure would have like to have been told about this before spending this kind of money. ugh! To mgt's credit and owner did work with me on the RATE as a concession for the NOISE FACTO...and I appreciate that... Very nice resort

Nice Place for Beach Stay - Decor Unexciting & HVAC Issues
Well we chose this Condo for its location close to Patriots Point and Beach Views...The Decor is 'Bland / Dated' but who cares because its really all about the Beach at this location...It would have been better if the Living Room Decor was a bit more current and the Dining Area some other color than Blue...We had issues with the HVAC system: (1) Not Cooling and (2) No Air Output in Bedroom & Foria vents...Reported problem - the Cooling Problem was corrected but the problem with the Bedroom & Foria Vent were not... I suspect there are some serious issues causing this problem and really need attention...So all in all, it was a good place to say but a 'bit boring' and issues with HVAC that were not totally resolved.

Overall it was okay, it needs some work.
Besides the lose tile in the kitchen, the window that won’t close and was partially open when we arrived and the air return unit hanging from the ceiling due to a missing fastener I guess it was not too bad. Overall it needs some work, some good TLC.
I was surprised to find the complex was under construction which started every morning at 7:45am throughout our entire stay. So from 7:45am to 4:00pm it was sawing, hammering, hammer drills and table saws. I was never notified of this activity prior to and after booking this location. I asked the travel agency to move me to a different location to no avail. They never responded to my request and never returned my initial call. I did find they reimbursed me a very small portion of my rental fee. It would’ve been nice to have had a nap or to sleep in.
The good part was it has great views and once construction left for the day it was actually peaceful.
