Nice Apartment!

The apartment itself was wonderfully clean however the entry to the building was not. Garbage was overflowing at entrance by the elevator and packages just thrown on floor at the mail center which left a bad first impression for overall appearance of the facility. To get access into the apartment itself was another issue. There was an additional app needed to open the lock. I knew that going in but still wasn't able to get it to work after numerous attempts. Customer Service for the facility was great though and provided entry codes for each of the days we were there instead. The apartment was very clean and modern. Beautiful, long, kitchen island. Light filled, corner unit with balcony. Super comfy beds and soft linens. Even with the annoyances experienced, I would (and likely will) book again!

Nice apartment

Apartment was very clean with all amenities. My only critique is check in process. The instructions for unlocking door needs clarification. I had to download two apps to get access.
