Great Location - Nice Beds - Minor updates needed

It was a nice stay. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was very spacious. It was difficult initially to get communication from rental company. After we checked in, it got a little better. Minor changes to better initial communication, cleaning of couch and repair of a couple of bare spots on carpet would make it a 5 star! They were very flexible in allowing us to extend our stay. Thanks Nathan!
