So many extras with this rental such as kayaks, paddle board, big foam raft, hard plastic raft, bicycles, corn hole boards, fishing poles, foosball table, board games, 2-deck of cards, beach chairs and more. If you’re looking for a fun and relaxing place to stay, this is the place. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 full bath house. 1st bedroom has a queen bed with walk in close and dressers . 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and a dresser. 3rd bedroom has 3 bunk beds to sleep 8. 2 full bathrooms. Living room with couch, recliner and foosball table. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need, a table that seats 4. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside a table with 4 chairs, a 2-seat lounger, egg chair, 2-gravity chairs, fire pit with chairs, and grill. We have a dock to bring a boat or rent one. No diving because water is only 3ft in front of house. We have a pontoon for rent-$100.00 a day or $500.00 for 7 days and a 30.00 gas fee per day. If you’re looking for a party house, this house isn’t for you.
