Additional first floor half bathroom. Very open floor plan with a beautiful new kitchen with granite counters! The great room has vaulted ceilings with a wall of glass to enjoy the lake views! Grab a drink and a cigar and enjoy the 600 sq. ft. wrap around deck! We have our own private dock for your boat or toys as well as a public boat launch right down the street! Our home is perfect for ALL seasons as well as deer hunters during the seasons for Ohio, Michigan and Indiana! An assortment of water toys including, two kayaks, a HUGE 21'' raft that supports 14 adults, life jackets & floaties are provided to our guest! We are also only 4 minutes away from a day of hiking the beautiful Lake La Su An State Park! TRUE LAKEFRONT ENJOYMENT!**Beautiful pontoon available for rent**. **Please note that we want everyone to enjoy their stay at our home but if you are hoping to have a big party, please choose another home. We are meticulous about our properties and would like them to remain that way.**
