Whether you’re looking for adventure, to commune with loved ones, or for a relaxing weekend escape, The Good House is the prefect retreat to recharge your soul and let your worries melt away.
This warm, and contemporary designed home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom and also opens to a private outdoor patio. The two axillary bedrooms share a bathroom.

Located just 2 miles from downtown, you have easy access to great restaurants, shopping, nightlife, casinos, golf courses, and the famous Palm Springs tramway.

• Pool & Spa
Newly upgraded salt water pool and spa. The pool deck features 4 loungers and 4 movable pool chairs. Pool towels and floats are provided. Please note that pool/spa heating is charged separately, please see below for details.
• TV & Internet
Smart TVs are provided in the living area, the primary bedroom, and one of the auxiliary bedrooms.
• Kitchen
The newly remodeled kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances. Also included are utensils, dish-ware, blender, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker (with some complimentary coffee pods).
• Sleep
1 Primary bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom in the hall.
• BBQ / Grill
The outdoor grill is fully equipped for all grilling needs. It features natural gas, with no need for propane tanks. Grilling utensils are provided.
• AC & Heat
The AC & Heat are controlled by the Nest system.
• EV Charging
The garage features a Wallbox EV Charger for complimentary guest use.
• Please keep these in mind when considering to book with us:
- There is a rental contract, required by the city of Palm Springs, that guests must sign upon arrival. This conctract is available for review on the City of Palm Springs' website.
- No more than three cars can be at the property at any time
- Absolutely no outdoor music at any time, per city ordinance.
- Please observe the quiet hours of 10pm to 8am while outdoors.
- No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home.
- Please collapse the umbrellas anytime they are not in use (wind hazard).
- 6 guests max staying at the property overnight (including children). 4 additional, non-lodging guests may visit the property before 10PM.
• Pool / Spa Heating
- $95 per night for pool & spa heating
- Max pool temperature of 85F and max spa temperature of 102F (no exceptions)
- 2 night minimum on heating service
- Heating must be requested 48 hours in advance.
*Depending on the weather it can take up to 24 hours to fully heat the pool; if you'd like the pool heated prior to your arrival, please inquire with host.
• Early Check In / late Check Out
Please contact host to discuss availability of early check in or late check out. Fees apply:
- Early check in 12pm $75
- Late check out 1pm $75
*Standard check in 3PM / Standard check out 11AM.
• Pets
We allow up to 2 dogs on the property with added pet fee. We kindly ask that dogs remain off furniture, beds, and linens. We do not allow cats or other animals.
• Required Taxes / Fees
The City of Palm Springs requires an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT), on stays of 28 nights or fewer. This is non-optional and will be collected after booking.
*All fees (including optional fees, if applicable) must be paid 24 hours prior to check-in.

- Pool: Tuesday & Friday
- Gardener: Thursday
*Maintenance services cannot be moved or changed
• For stays longer than 28 days, we do require additional screening and separate agreement
