Cozy Beach apartment

Your perfect Northend getaway! This 2 bedroom, 1 full indoor bath and 1 outdoor shower and dressing room is the ideal spot to spend your beach vacation. This unit will be cleaned completely according to the CDC quidelines including the cleaning of all surfaces with special attention to all knobs and pulls, handrails, lamb knobs, countertops and appliances. This unit was Completely renovated several years ago with all new appliances, washer/dryer, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, windows, doors, paint, furniture and best of all -an enormous private deck to enjoy after your day at the beach.
This cozy apartment has a porch that is great for that early morning coffee break. It has a living room with TV, DVR, which is next to the newly renovated kitchen with large counter and bar stools. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two twin beds.
The beach is just steps away and all your beach needs are on the deck, a rolling cart with beach chairs and umbrella.
Bring your bikes and you can ride to the boardwalk like everyone else in Virginia Beach Northend does. There is a great bike path form 81st street to the start of the boardwalk at 35th street. There is also a great bike path along Shore Drive which is just across the street from this apartment. You can ride to the First Landing State Park by going either way. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Quaint beach house with everything you need

The house is very comfortable, you have everything you need for a beach vacation. Beautiful quiet beach is steps away. House is clean, bedrooms spacious and well played out, air conditioner works great, kitchen has everything you need to cook. Best for a family of 2, 3 or 4. Very nice!

Great little Jewel!

This cottage was exactly what my family needed... beach time. No streets to cross to the beach, just steps to the sand. We loved the outside shower and even grilled in the back patio. You don't have to leave the beach if you don't want to. The grocery store is very close by and if you don't want to cook, there are plenty of good options, some deliver. If you want to get out in the evening, the strip is loaded with shops and most weekends are action packed. Will definitely come back to stay here. Ruthie

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this unit in N VA Beach. The apartment was clean, well appointed, convenient to the beach. Our side was protected from traffic noise . . . the outside shower was wonderful . . . we had the beach to ourselves . . . we found great seafood to cook back at the unit . . . owners were pleasant and generous. Coming back is definitely on our list.

Perfect location for beach access

Susan was awesome, she went above and beyond to accommodate my family and is directly responsible for our awesome vacation. The location is perfect; a short walk to the beach, with no roads to cross. Downtown is just a few minutes away, and VA Beach is already an easily navigable location. The home itself was wonderfully decorated and reflected the beach wonderfully. The hard wood floors and included amenities were an amazing touch. I hope to rent here again for sure! Thank you, Susan!!

Susan, the cottage couldn't have been more comfortable. We had a great time and return again

We were a last minute reservation. About 2 weeks prior to arrival day. We couldn't have had a better result. We had rented the other unit previously but was booked and Susan made it work for us with great ease. It was an appreciated upgrade.
