The cottage boasts 4 bedrooms with NEW mattresses, luxury bed sheets and towels. The kitchen is well appointed and large to provide for an unforgettable family vacation. We have a fire pit for use as well as a gas grill and outside screened in sitting area. Enjoy a cup of fresh roasted NoDak Coffee we gift to all our guests on the huge back porch in the morning and enjoy that incredible lake view. For the rare rainy days you will enjoy a game room with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, and ping pong table. We also have a wide variety of popular and classic board games to create family memories. We offer some kid friendly amenities such as a folding crib, pack n play, counter seat, toys, sand toys, nugget foam mats and more! Besides the 4 bedrooms there is a main floor office perfect for kids or baby to sleep, or a blow up mattress to use.

Otter tail Lake is one of the largest lakes in Minnesota and PERFECT for a family get away. The lake is 3 feet deep and sandy bottom for over 100 yards out from shore making it a great swimming lake. To help you enjoy the lake we provide kayaks, stand up paddle boards and paddle boat. There are several places for boat and pontoon rentals. Enjoy the famous Zorbaz pizza right on the lake and many amenities in nearby Otter Tail City and the city of Perham.
