3 bdrm 🛏️(bedroom 1-Queen bed, bedroom 2 -1-Full, 1 Twin, bedroom 3 -2-Twin (up to 500 lbs) 1 queen sleeper sofa, Central Air (and heat for colder days), 55” 4k TV, 📺TV with Xbox game system in bedroom, 1 bath, washer/dryer , full kitchen, dishwasher, 🍽️ dining table, ☕️coffee/🫖tea bar, natural gas grill, patio entertaining area, outdoor table and couch/loveseat seats 12, 🐚7 beach chairs and 2 ⛱️ umbrellas, boggie boards, sand shovels and pails, 2- 🚲 bikes. Wine 🍷 glasses and opener ( I got you covered 😎), hey dads 🍻 mugs in the freezer… 2 night lights, 2 essential oil diffusers and oils, Linens sheets and blankets freshly washed after every renter.

We wanted our home to become your home away from home with all the amenities you and no need to rent additional items or bring linens. Sometimes finally taking a vacation can feel like a hassle so we wanted you to have it all when you are here. We also wanted to have a home which has low to no toxins as that is important to health and wellness.

We choose this neighborhood as it is a safe, strong and relaxing family community. The beaches are well kept and the so enjoyable. From sunrise to sunset you can have it all at our beach house.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique as it has been redone with family in mind. In the kitchen cook with our air Fryer LG oven or on the natural gas grill outside. Large space to cook whether it's for saving money, time or just enjoy cooking. The shower is elegant and spa like. Our beach decor is simple and sophisticated. We have wonderful neighbors and can park and walk for the entire stay. At our home you will feel like it's your own vacation home.
