North Central Loft is NEW to the short term rental market! This eclectic 1-bedroom loft is the perfect spot to stay during your trip to Staunton. It is located just a couple blocks to the iconic shops and dining located on East Beverley Street. This spot is a true loft that requires going up a set of stairs to access the apartment.

FIRST FLOOR:

ENTRY WAY - Daybed, nightstand with lamp, cubical storage

SECOND FLOOR:

LIVING ROOM - Couch, arm chair, coffee table, smart TV (please login to your own streaming accounts). The fireplace is non-operational.

KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven and range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven), and drip coffee maker. Center island with 3 bar stools.

DINING ROOM - Dining table for 4, bar cart stocked with all the barware you should need!

BEDROOM 1 - King bed, two nightstands with lamps, hangers in closet, TV, lounge chair. The fireplace is shared with the living space and is non-operational.

BATHROOM - Tub/shower combo, single vanity, shelving for storage, Public Goods Conditioner, Shampoo, and Body Wash provided with every stay.

LAUNDRY - washer and dryer located in unit for guests to use

This property was delightful! Our family stayed here with another family and it was absolutely a perfect set up. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and they even provided amenities that I wasn't expecting! The games were such a hit with the 3 teenagers that were with us.

A thoughtfully appointed, well-stocked space. We really enjoyed the arcade games, record player & sauna. Very convenient to all the fun of downtown Staunton & plenty of on street parking. Great communication with owners. Will definitely stay here again!

Our Girls Weekend could have ended almost before it began due to a maintenance issue at our VRBO! But honestly, the host was on top of things. Moved us to a new location that checked ALL of our wish list boxes. She was professional, extremely courageous and very efficient. In the end, it was barely a hiccup and we have a marvelous experience in Staunton! Thank you!

Fantastic place.

What a nice place. Very clean. Lots of great artwork and unique pieces to check out. The kids and I used the pinball machine nonstop. Great communication with the owners and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back.

Great spot!

We had a great time. Just a few blocks from many restaurants. The place was beautiful. Pinball machine was really fun. Probably the best vacation rental we have stayed in!

This was a nice loft in downtown Staunton. Great location and fun interior. Very quiet and no noise at all from the stores below. A few suggestions for improvements: More towel racks or hooks in the bathroom and bedroom and it would be nice to have an ironing board and iron for guest use.

The apartment was quaint and convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. It was clean and trendy. Well stocked with anything you may need for an extended stay. No noise from outside traffic or neighbors. We will be back.

Great Eclectic Property!

Groovy property! Loved the pinball machine and record selection. Very clean and well maintained. The only complaint I could possibly have is the walk in shower does not get hot. The water is tepid at best, but the other bathroom is hot! Four of us shared one bathroom for showers, but we made it work. Very walkable neighborhood. We would stay with this group again.

Very cute loft!

I had a great weekend at the Loft -- the space is really cute and well designed. I had a couple issues with my booking (one was entirely a VRBO issue that VRBO was not helpful with - the host was amazing) the second was after I arrived and the host was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I hope to stay at the Loft again next time I am in the area!

Bridge Over Troubled Waters

Like many folks these days our lives are full and a bit frenetic. Our stay was restorative and the facility was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The host was prompt in responding to questions and we love Staunton community. We’ll definitely be back.

A unique rental in a great location

We had a great time in this unique rental. The place was extremely well appointed (Smeg refrigerator, full gas stove, etc.) and looked as though things were practically new. It is super easy to walk to lots of great restaurants. The staff we contacted through SMS were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. A note to future renters: ignore the manual keypad next to the door (the Masterlock keypad); the place you enter your code is actually on the door itself.

Nice place to unwind while exploring the Shenandoah Valley

We chose to get away for a three day weekend - short hikes, touring a few wineries and checking out Staunton. The apartment was great. Just a ~5 minute walk to the pedestrian-only main road in town that has restaurants and the playhouse. The frontier museum was just a short drive away (highly recommended). The apartment was clean and well-appointed, and the check-in process very easy. There are stairs right after you right after the entry to get to the apartment. Not a difficult flight but something to be conscious of if you have mobility issues. We'll chose it again if we decide to check out more of the area.

One king and one queen bed are in the same space with no doors. The king soace has to walk by the foot of the queen bed to get to the bathroom with the sauna. No privacy. Broken pinball machine and bathroom outlet. No directions for room AC/heat so never worked. Slept very hot.work work

Impressive and modern

Decor was beautiful, beds and bedclothes luxurious. The pinball machine was a focus for all. However I would have to say that there is little privacy. There are 2 berms which are connected - you have to walk thru one to get out. so you have to walk thru the one berm to get to the bathroom. Also the master bdrm doesn’t have a master bathroom connected - just a hallway bathroom. The extra sofa/bed is in the entry so definitely no privacy there. So depending on how much privacy is needed that could be an issue
