This was a really nice condo. It was very quiet, clean, and perfect for the two of us! It is on the 3rd floor, so if you have trouble with steps just be aware there are quite a few. It is a gated residence, so you will want to have the address and unit number ready so the nice people at the gate can get you the parking pass and you aren’t holding up traffic. There were some good restaurants close so you don’t have to go into Branson if you don’t want to. It’s close enough to the strip to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet and not a lot of traffic. The host was quick to answer any questions and very good to work with. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay! We needed to extend our reservation by three more days and the hosts were very accommodating. We slept on the king bed and our daughter slept on the pull out sofa in the living room and both were comfortable and gave us each our space. We utilized the fabulous pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts and the condo is so close to all of these!

This was a spur of the moment trip and I really wasn’t expecting to find anything available with one days notice. We always stay at Point Royals in a 2bed, 2 bathroom for the space. This was a compact condo but it had everything we needed, communication was great and check in easy.

Enjoyed our stay! Very clean condo. Bed was really comfy and kitchen well stocked to prepare meals . Outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts in nice shape as well. Easy to check in, nice driving instructions, and communicated easily with host. I would stay here again.

Cozy place to stay, balcony to the enjoy the nice weather, multiple large TVs, and comfy bed. Had a hiccup during the stay with an appliance not working, but the hosts bent over backwards to make it right. Excellent communication overall.
