Breathtaking apartment in the heart of Miami. This luxurious Apt has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with huge 17 ft ceilings. Apt is fully equipped with towels, kitchen supplies and Wi-Fi.. Amenities, incl. jacuzzi, Heated pool, balconies, amazing city & river views. Walking distance to restaurants, shops & night-clubs. 15 mins to the MIA Airport, South Beach, & Miami’s cruise ship terminal. The unit has 3 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is locked and guests won't have access to it. Listing counts with 2 bedrooms in suite and another half bathroom making a total of 2.5 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.
We have a queen bed and a California king size bed for extra comfort.
The Apartment is centrally located and close to South Beach, Wynwood, Design District, and 2 blocks away from Brickell Citi Center (Mall). Parking is not included.
Please note, this is a luxury listing in a condo building, not a hotel. Guests must abide by rules and requirements of the building management (which is completely separate from condo owner.) The unit is only available for longer stays and therefore is best suited for traveling professionals or small families. The building application process is the same for long term or short term.

Additional Rules/Information
We love being your host and want we want to you to enjoy your stay. These are just a few items we have to agree on from the start. Some of these only apply to the 1% that attempts to abuse this platform and we don't think that is you. We are sure you will understand.
HOUSE RULES:
1- Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside. Full forfeiture of security deposit if violation.
2- Because this is a residential building not a hotel, the Building Managment requires a lease application and orientation in advance of check-in. Guest is responsible for completing the entire application and orientation in advance of check-in. Guest is responsible for completing the entire application process and Host is not responsible for delays due to guest process.
The building requires each adult or married couple to complete application and it's $150 per adult or married couple. And the building requires renters' insurance (it's totally inexpensive, but they require it).
The building also requires a security deposit. The cancellation policy of this unit does not change with this application requirement.
3- Zero Party policy. If violated, reservation will be canceled with no refunds.
4- For longer stays 45 days or more, we require guests to hire our housekeeper, at least, every other week to turn over linens, tend to the plants and keep the place fresh for you (you will like this)
5- PARKING: the condo is in absolute center of Brickell with everything you want directly out the front door. There is no need for a car as you can ride-share to the beach and other attractions. Parking in Brickell is expensive; however, I can arrange valet parking for $200 monthly in the building (please let me know when booking) or $30 per day.
6- The use of the balcony is at your own risk.
7- Pets under 20lbs allowed (ask before booking). Pet fee nonrefundable fee $150.
8-A security deposit of $1000 will also be collected to cover any damages to the property during the stay. The security deposit will be refunded to the Guest(s) within the check-out date, minus any deductions for damages, if applicable.
