We've spared absolutely nothing when preparing our home for our guests, from the most modern and state-of-art appliances, to the most comfortable and luxurious furniture. You can cook up an afternoon dinner on the BBQ by the pool, or enjoy a morning cup of coffee in our private courtyard.

And let’s not forget to mention that our home’s perfectly located in close proximity to all of Sarasota’s hotspots and attractions. It's a mere 4 miles to the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, 4.8 miles to the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, 6.4 miles to Downtown Bradenton, 7.5 miles to Downtown Sarasota, 10.2 miles to Lido Key Beach, and 14.3 miles to Siesta Key Beach.

What could be a better end to your day of adventure and exploration then relaxing in the midst of comfort? And that's exactly what each and every one of our bedrooms offers you. Cuddle up beneath the softest of blankets, and enjoy the most peaceful sleep you've ever had.

ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME
- Free parking on the premise (driveway can fit up to 4 cars)
- Prep dinner on the BBQ grill (guest is kindly asked to refill the gas tank at the local store for $20)
- Arcade, shuffleboard and foosball table!
- Dedicated workspace, with an office desk and chair.
- Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper, and soap provided.
- Washer/Dryer & detergent: perfect for extended stay guests and sports tournaments!
- Beach equipment: 1-2 beach umbrellas, 4-6 beach chairs, 1 beach mat, and 1 beach towel for each guest.
- Central Air & Heating.
- High-speed Wi-Fi.

Furry Friends
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on indoor furniture, bedding, or in the pool.

KINDLY NOTE
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (by the front door, the side courtyard and by the pool equipment). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.
- Heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May)
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.
