This stunning family villa offers indoor and outdoor living to suit all ages. Located at the top of a valley within the private development, it has luscious hillside tropical views. Complete with games room it is an ideal venue for large groups or 2 to 3 families.

This extensive 8 bedroom villa is complimented by the large sun terrace and landscaped gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun, leading to the large infinity edged pool with integral Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing another dining table for 10, plus ample additional seating, gas BBQ and fridge. This makes an ideal outside setting for evening BBQs and entertaining.

With great attention to detail, Villa is tastefully furnished with a mixture of solid teak beds and rich wooden furniture, stylish poly rattan outdoor furniture and huge comfortable sofas, all complimented by Thai silks and artwork throughout.

For entertainment, Villa boasts a spacious games room with a pool table, dart board and gym equipment.

Accommodation comprises of 8 bedrooms, which are all en-suite with ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 5 king-sized beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 room with queen/single bunk bed (perfect for 3 guests) and 1 room with a queen sized bed. Therefore, comfortably accommodating 18 people.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobes, and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. A twin bedroom is also located upstairs, ideal for young children who need to be closer to their parents at night.

The remaining 4 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6 have king-sized beds, large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers or baths, plus built-in wardrobes. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun terrace and allow access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 6 has 1 set of queen/single bunk beds (with a queen bed below and a single bed above) and shares an en-suite bathroom with bedroom 5.

Downstairs also boasts a large games room with pool table, dart board, running machine and cross trainer. A second living room is also located on this floor, with 50" TV, DVD player and cable TV.

Returning upstairs, you will find the main living room, with ample seating to relax and watch the 50" flat screen television with DVD player (plus a selection of movies) and cable TV, as well as a bluetooth speaker system. Additionally there is a cloakroom providing a toilet and wash basin. Moving outside you can relax, or dine at the huge 18-seater dining table, on the under-cover balcony taking in the valley views.

The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.
