Built in 2020 as eco house. 4 bedrooms, 1 insuite. 50 sq m living room with open plan kitchen and huge panoramic windows. You can observe Aurora from inside. 5 m ceilings. High quality beds, textile, dishes and cutleries. Black out curtains. Drinkable tab water. Nice mild scent of dry pine in the house.Floor heating all over the house. Automatic ventilation. Sauna with view to the river. Large terrace with grilling facilities. Snowmobile and cross country skiing routes start from the house.
