Louise's Coastal Cottage - Pet Friendly. 15 min to St. Simons

2 BR/2 BA located minutes from downtown Brunswick, 15 minutes to the pier area of St Simons Island, 20 minutes to Jekyll, 20 minutes from Sea Island, and 7 minutes from Southeast Georgia Regional Medical Center. It is close to everything the Golden Isles area has to offer from FLETC(8 min) to the beaches! Enjoy going to your choice of islands, restaurants, bars, golfing, fishing, boating, swimming, shopping, sightseeing, treasure hunting, or enjoying the many historical sites available nearby!

This is a duplex. You will have whole house access on one side. Inside is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1300 square foot house. The back yard is open and you will see others walking around the small lake or fishing from it. Access is through a smart lock and a code will be provided to you prior to check in.

Grill is to be pulled away from vinyl siding when in use and hot. Leave garage remote on kitchen counter. No parking on street or grass,
All pet waste is to be cleaned up and disposed of in the trash can outside on the side of the house. Please use the colored towels for furry friends.

Travis is an excellent host…prompt and attentive. The home is accurately presented in the VRBO listing. Close to everything and nice family neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return to the area next winter.

Calm Comfortable Clean

We came to Brunswick to visit our family member in Fletc. This was the perfect location, quiet and calm so that we were able to do our studies. The wonderful view and feel of the back pond was exactly what I needed for my A.M. meditations. We loved watching the fish, turtles and birds there, it added to the comfortable setting that exuded from the home. Everything was clean, neat & inviting and felt like a home away from home. The professional & precise communication from the management was such a joy, along with the prompt responses and overall availability. I'm hoping we can stay there again in the near future, but if not this experience will always be near and dear to my heart♥
