Welcome to our spacious townhome with an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, furniture, smart TV, appliances, and a 2-car private parking garage with dimension of 18' x 18' (Only 2 cars are allowed per stay as we don't have guest parking space in our community, and overnight street parking is not allowed on Allen Ave during weekdays). Its location makes it super easy for you to get around.
Smoking is not allowed inside of our home.

A beautiful and lovely stay!

My group of friends and I rented this place to attend an event and we were mostly outside of the house, but our stay was nonetheless enjoyable. The whole home is beautifully renovated and it felt really nice to just relax with friends. The property manager is also accommodating, much of our needs were just a text away and even extra room supplies were already provided in each room! My only negative thing to note is that the bed quality are extremely firm in the (though one bedroom was fine). I had to use the rental's extra foldable sleeping bed to sleep on top of them. Our stay overall was a genuine pleasure and joy here!
