Imagine sleeping in the woods in this secluded and comfortable BRAND NEW cabin! Soak up some sun on the outdoor decks with gorgeous views of the trees. Soak in the indoor pool, relax in the hot tub or play endless games in the Game room or curl up and watch a movie in the large theater room.

Close to everything the Great Smokies has to offer! 13 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 26 minutes to Gatlinburg and 14 minutes to Wears Valley. Grocery store is minutes away!

General:

All guests must be 21+ (children with parents are allowed) unless discussed and exception made prior to booking.

We provide a start of soaps, shampoos, toiletries, paper towels and condiments. You may need to buy more.

Pets allowed - Extra pet deposit and cleaning fees apply. $350 with Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Weight must be less than 40 pounds for each animal. Pet type/picture must be shared prior to booking. Pet must be crated if left alone in home or taken with guest.
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages
The hot tub/indoor pool is for guests 25 and over only. Kids allowed ONLY with SUPERVISION.
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub or Indoor Pool. You are not allowed to use the hot tub/indoor pool if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub/indoor pool AT YOUR OWN RISK!
No late check out or early check in UNLESS arrangements are made with owner.
If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per hour.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control - We recommend travel insurance
If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $300 per pet.
You MUST sign rental agreement electronically after booking

Security:

Lock all windows and doors before leaving the house.
Turn off lights and electronics when not in use.
No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made with the host.
All overnight guests must be registered with the host Unless prior arrangements are made.
Guests should comply with all posted parking rules / signs.

Hot Tub / Patio Area/ Indoor Pool Area

No glass containers inside the hot tub/indoor pool area or on the porch.
No more than 10 persons on the deck at any time.
No more than 4 persons inside the hot tub at any time.
No children under the age of 10 years old in the hot tub at any time. No unattended children in the hot tub or on the balcony/deck at any time
No children WITHOUT SUPERVISION allowed in Indoor Pool.

I love traveling with my family and we have been all around this beautiful country but once we came to see the Great Smoky Mountains, we fell in love with them. The rolling green hills, clear cool rivers, bewildering wildlife and friendly people captivated us. We decided to buy a cabin to have a place to call home in this mesmerizing area. We also believe sharing what you have and building relationships is how we progress as humanity therefore, we would love to share this amazing cabin with whoever wants to come and enjoy it.

Its close to all the attractions yet secluded enough for privacy. 10 minutes to Parkway and Pigeon Forge along with slew of restaurants. 15 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg.
