About this property

The neighborhood is very nice and secure compared to other places.There are bars and restaurants throughout the area very close. On the corner is a French gourmet restaurant called Roux. One block away there is a pizza store, the Avocado bar, and food spots. Two blocks away you have the Plaza Barrientos with several restaurants, cafes and bars... 4 blocks away is the Rapanui chocolate and ice cream store and many cafes, bakeries, pasta and cold cuts. The truth is that the area is very comfortable for everything and you get what you want. There is a DIA supermarket one block away, a greengrocer across the street, a warehouse, a butcher shop and a spice stand one block away, and the Coto hypermarket two blocks away. A bakery one block away. The metro line D and H very close you have to walk 3 blocks and for the buses 3 blocks. The tourist points are also nearby, the Recoleta Cemetery, Recoleta Mall, National Library, La Flor, etc. If it is a traditional neighborhood, it is one of the safest, but one must always be attentive. You can ask for a laundry service or go yourself to the laundry 1 block away

Overall very nice

The apartment was well furnished, clean and great location for my needs. A couple of minor issues, the settings on the cook were rubbed off so it was a trial and error to determine, low, medium and high. Might be nice if they could replace the setting indicators. Not a huge issue, but an oven would have been nice. The staff in the office were outstanding! Very professional and friendly.
