Welcome to your new home away from home! This stunning single-level property boasts an open floor plan that is perfect for relaxing with the family. The cheerful modern decor is sure to brighten your day, and the property is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer, and TVs in all bedrooms.

This property is located in a gated community that provides free parking, ensuring that you and your family will be safe and secure throughout your stay.


Other things to note
*POOL HEATING: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation. It is an additional $30/night and has to be there for the entire stay. Please give us notice 48 hours prior to check in date.

*PET POLICY : Small Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $150 and must submit a photo of pet for approval.

*Barbecue Grill: Free to use as is, must request for it to be pre-cleaned before your reservation and it will be a $50 additional cleaning fee.

*Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Emmitt is a great host; great communication and cooperation for early check-in / late out House and pool are in excellent condition; everything works!! Great heated pool!
