This downstairs basement apartment is completely gut renovated and brand new. Rare find with huge backyard in Brooklyn NY. Very clean, cozy, and convenient to grocery stores, and many diverse eateries (including Vegan) and coffee shops. Nice KING size bed, twin size bed, comfortable couch & futon to accommodate a large family. Artfully decorated, very airy and bright with windows and live plants. 1 block to the subway which allows you to easily explore NYC. Very close to famous Barclay Center, Prospect park, Zoo, Botanical gardens, & King's theatre. 1 block to quick food (famous neighborhood favorite Brooklyn pizza, Subway, Burger King, IHOP) and organic markets. We maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Our property has been thoroughly exterminated to prevent pests of any kind. We also use air purifiers to maintain great air quality and freshness. Private use of the beautiful backyard to sit back and enjoy peace and quiet should you feel like doing nothing.
