Watch the Sunrise Over the Atlantic! – Recently updated with new floors, paint, and furnishings. You'll love Summer Beach, located on the south end of Amelia Island in the gated Summer Beach community.

This two-story, two-bedroom townhome offers one King-sized bedroom, a second bedroom with two twins, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Two beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels are provided. The home features a full kitchen with modern appliances and both a standard and a Keurig coffee maker.

Beautiful live oaks create a shaded canopy as you drive into the community. There are walking and biking trails along the way. Once you arrive, enjoy a peaceful walk on the beach, read a good book, or relax in the warm Atlantic waters. Not in the mood for the beach? Sit and unwind by the pool or on the oceanfront balcony.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.

Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed, and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.

OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.

Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.

Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges occur; otherwise, the hold will be released seven days after you leave.

Parking - There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles, campers, boats, and trailers are not permitted.

Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.
