The small kitchenette is ideal for preparing your favorite tea or coffee, and the mini refrigerator and full-sized sink make it easy to store and prepare light meals. The air-conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature year-round, and the flat-screen TV keeps you connected to the world outside.

The soundproof walls ensure that you can relax in peace, without disturbance from the outside world. As a guest of Suite 204, you’ll also have access to the main lodge common areas.

Just down the road from Dover Vermont and the historic town of Wilmington Vermont, the Brook Bound Inn is 32 acres located along the Cold Brook Stream. The Inn consists of the Main Lodge, Rustic Cabin, and Carriage House. Our comfortable & peaceful accommodations include a number of large rooms and suites. Located minutes from Downtown Dover, the Hermitage Ski resort, Haystack Golf club, and Mt. Snow ski resort. The property offers a pool, sports court, outdoor fire pit, and propane grilles.
The space
The main lodge has 7 luxurious private rooms with a large central area for all guests. This area has a farm style gourmet kitchen, large harvest table for dining, comfortable tv room with gas fireplace, cozy library room with gas fireplace. Parking area has an Electric vehicle charging station with tesla charger. All rooms have free WiFi and Air Conditioning. Outdoors is a sports court, outdoor dining table, fire pit, and propane grille.
We operate a contactless check-in system at the Brook Bound Inn. An email and SMS text message will be sent to you prior to your arrival with instructions for check-in.
