This house is as Cool as 1969.
Grandma's House - Fully furnished 2 bedroom - 2 bath ranch with large fenced back yard.
Off street parking.
Living room includes ample seating with large tv and cable.
Kitchen is like grandma's old time kitchen - cabinets are probably from 1960 - but we love the vintage vibe. Fully stocked with pots/pans/glassware/plates/dishes/utensils.
Dishwasher, full sized stove/oven and refrigerator and microwave.
2 Bathrooms with toilet - sink and tub shower combination.
Dining room has table 6 chairs.
Walk out deck from kitchen - to a fully fenced yard and patio
Guest has access to all areas listed above - basement & garage are not available to guest.
Pets are allowed and welcomed !!
We are minutes from Maxwell Basin Recreational Area.
Restaurants, shopping, marinas, bike trails; the 10 mile kayak ramp is 500 feet from the front door.
Cameras on site to view and monitor front door - side door - driveway and garage

Cute little place... very much like my grandmas...i wish the weather was nicer so i could of enjoyed the yard more.super cute and private space.

This house was a real charmer . It was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay in while we visited my family for a week. We could be happier with our selection . The description of Grandma’s house was perfect, it felt like family . We loved it .

Memories
for the holidays. The owner,Dave, was a wo derful host and Renata was a pleasure to work with. She made the days work out perfectly as we requested. We hope to continue a lifelong friendship and will continue to make Grandma's house a regular stay cation.

Short stay with our Grandson
This was perfect for our short stay. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. We did think the yard was a little bigger from the pictures on VRBO, but it worked out for our doggos. Only complaint and it’s only specific to me, the air freshener was very strong. Will recommend to others! Nice quiet neighborhood.

Grandma's house was wonderful! The living room took me back in time! The fenced yard was great since we took our two dogs. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies. My GPS took me to the wrong house at first because there are 2 Pine Streets in Clarksville. I called the owner and he gave us directions over the phone until we arrived at the house. The owner came by later to make sure we were okay!Very comfortable and nostalgic home!

Cute Well-Maintained Older Home; Safe Area
First, I wish I hadn’t had to leave as I’m jumping rentals. I had 2 dogs with me and appreciated the small town and the very close Ten Mile Creek park to walk my dogs. Necessities were available in kitchen with seating there and a dining room table. Nice goid sized living room, but TV is in a small room with a couch and coffee table. Stairs from this room to 2 connecting bedrooms (note you have to walk thru one to the other with slanted lower ceilings). Two baths are downstairs. One had only a bathtub and long ciuntrtQuiet and safer area. Home has nice front and back porch areas. Small fenced back yard and larger front yard.
