About this property

For those passing through on business or with their families, you will enjoy the comforts of this basement apartment. The views of the farms and mountains can be seen right from the backyard. It is only 5 minutes from the main freeway and Frontrunner station but still feels like you're nestled out in the country. We love the area and can't wait to share it with you.
The space
You'll have the downstairs space to yourself. Extra beds are available upon request. Full kitchen with whatever you may need. Grounds for kids to play or friends and family to relax.

Great Place!

We had a wonderful weekend! This basement apartment was clean, inviting and the backyard was a great place for our kids to enjoy the beautiful weather. Whitney was a great host! If we come back to Lehi, we will stay here again!

Nice place but very loud kids

My friend and I were traveling to celebrate her birthday and have a relaxing weekend. Unfortunately we left more exhausted then when we came. Pros: Beautiful neighborhood with nearby park and walking trails. Easy access to I15 and mostly clean. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and even had complimentary oatmeal and microwave popcorn and the washer/dryer and fireplace were a plus. Cons: We arrived after dark and there was no light on by the stone stairs we had to go down while carrying our luggage. There was no light on at the entrance either, and no lamp on the bedside table which made finding the bed in the dark difficult. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The biggest problem with this rental is the noise level. Every morning at 6:30 we were woken up by kids running around upstairs. There were multiple times when the kids were screaming and playing on the other side of the door where we stayed, at one point it was so loud we couldn’t hear the TV. The kids were jumping up and down so hard that the can lights popped out of the ceiling. While this location has great potential they could benefit from a nose barrier between their living quarters and the rental, turning on lights and adding a lamp, and better water pressure in the shower.
