Our neighborhood has housed families for several decades. The majority of the residents nearby are born and raised, as well as passed down their homes to the next generation. Safety is 100% top priority. We live 8 min drive away from the nearest police station and 4 min drive from fire station. The neighborhood watch team has not reported any crimes other than strict parking tickets on street cleaning days.
