The wonders of the Pacific Northwest await when you come to this private home nestled in the beautiful orchards of the Yakima Valley. There is plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Relax in the large master bedroom while watching tv in bed or soaking in the 6 person hot tub right out your bedroom door. You'll enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and large dining area, a bonus room with a 60 inch TV stocked with DVDs and Xbox. There is also office space for remote work. Outside, soak up the Yakima sunshine by the private sports pool or play a game of pool volleyball, dine al fresco on the patio in front of the outdoor fireplace and roast smores for dessert. An added bonus is the pickle ball set up and the beautifully landscaped 2 acres with lots of yard for outdoor games. Head into the great outdoors and explore Mount Rainier National Park, hit the slopes at White Pass, kayak or paddle board on Rimrock Lake, fly fish or enjoy a relaxing float on the Yakima River, or sip wine and craft beer at the many local vineyards and award winning breweries. Numerous dining options with the best mexican food to James Beard nominated farm to table restaurants. We have a Ring doorbell camera and a shop camera that monitors the driveway for our guests safety and security.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take the sheets off the beds (flat, fitted, and pillowcases only, not decorative pillow shams or pillow protectors), Place sheets in a pile on the laundry room floor.
Place all dirty towels in a separate pile on the laundry room floor.
Please load the dishwasher and start cycle. Please wipe off counters and sweep up any crumbs. Please set temp back to 72 on the thermostat if you have adjusted it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only 8 guests allowed on property. No additional visiting guests even if they are not staying overnight
Remove shoes in the house Dry off completely after pool/hot tub use before going in house Keep food and drinks in the kitchen

Great House

Loved this place! Stayed here for 2 nights. Lots of space. Beautiful, manicured back yard. Great patio. Hope to come back next year!

Annual Women’s weekend

The property and amenities were great. We spent a lot of time out by the pool with some music and sun worshipping. We had a few issues but the owners were very responsive. The wildfires kept us indoors a bit more than we would’ve liked but nothing to with the property. I would stay again for sure!!

Fathers Day Weekend

We booked the property specifically for the pool. We had two family staying there. Overall the property was clean and well stocked. By the end of the trip we were low on TP, paper towels, and garbage bags. The two down stairs beds are doubles and the there is a room upstairs off the loft/bonus room with a queen bed. Those rooms ran much much hotter than the rest of the house. You do not have access to one bedroom , the garage or shop. The pickleball is a net that can be moved out to the asphalt driveway we were unable to play due to wind. Overall we would book again and recommended to friends.

Property was mostly as pictured. Pool liner was torn and we were asked not to get the ripped spots wet. Owner showed up unexpectedly on 9/6 at noon to water potted ornamental grass around the pool while we were swimming. Our stay was only 9/5-9/7 so it was really odd that she decided she needed to do it right then. She had messaged via the app an hour before that she was coming by but I didn’t see that until after she left. Just overall strange behavior. She also messaged me the first night a reminder to close the large umbrella by the pool which made me feel like she was checking the cameras… We were hoping to come back next year for our annual girls weekend but the owner made us feel uncomfortable enough to change our minds.

Our beautifully landscaped two acres and pool area that is all lit up at night to enjoy the outdoor fire place is one of the stand outs at our property. Our large driveway perfect for pickle ball also sets us apart from other places, as well as our fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities.
