The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was great as were the Front Desk personnel. Although the kitchen had adequate dishes and glasses, it was lacking some other basic items such as one decent knife. I purchased a pineapple from the grocery store and could not even cut it up. It’s really hard to bring a good knife from home!

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad you found the unit clean and comfortable and that our Front Desk team helped make your stay a great one. The location really is hard to beat.
We appreciate the feedback regarding the kitchen knives — that’s certainly not ideal, especially when a fresh pineapple is involved. We’ll review the kitchen inventory in this residence and make sure it’s better equipped with quality basics moving forward.
Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even smoother stay next time.
