Hi Gustavo! We're so pleased you & your family had a great stay & we hope you'll think of Borders when your travels bring you back to the Colorado mountains. Thank you for staying with us -- we know you have many lodging choices.
We stayed here for our annual girls ski getaway and we couldn’t have been happier with our lodging choice! Not only is the condo in a great location with a ski lift right outside the back door, but the condo itself is on the first floor and right next to where you ski in/ski out- very convenient!! The condo was in great condition and cutely decorated. Very well equipped kitchen too! We all agreed it was the perfect spot! Would definitely stay there again!

We're thrilled you & your girls had a great getaway, Lacy! We sincerely look forward to welcoming you back; don't hesitate to reach out if we can be of assistance in planning your next trip.
Very comfortable 2BR/2BA condo in the Borders Lodge convenient to Beaver Creek Village. Advertised as ski-in/ski-out, but the snow cover did not allow the lift near Borders to be opened during our mid-January rental week. The only disappointment other than the snow was the hot tub on the property. The water was hot but no bubbles came out of the jets. We’ve stayed in this building several times before in the past ten years and the jets and bubbles in the hot tub were always a welcome luxury at the end of a long day in the slopes. Not so this year. Worst of all was that when we mentioned it to the front desk staff, they tried to con us into believing that no bubbles means the hot tub is working properly and everything was fine. Instead of being honest and saying, “we’ve had some problems with the plumbing and we’re trying to get it fixed,” one staff member even told me that last year when the bubbles were working, that meant it was broken, but now that they’ve fixed it, it’s working perfectly with no bubbles.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at The Borders Lodge, and for your loyalty over the years. Guests like you, who know our property well, help set the standard we strive to meet.
I want to address your experience with the hot tub directly. You are absolutely correct — the explanation you were given at the front desk missed the mark. A hot tub without functioning jets is not operating as intended, and the response should have been clear and honest. That is on us.
You should never feel misled. Trust is essential, and in this case, we fell short. I sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused and for how the issue was communicated.
Your feedback has been escalated to leadership and maintenance to address both the mechanical concern and staff communication moving forward.
We value your history with The Borders Lodge and appreciate your candor. Feedback like this helps us improve and remain accountable.
