Feel at home at our home away from home for all your West Virginia University events.

Whether it's a sporting event, a graduation, or a Morgantown visit, we have the perfect accommodations for you, your family, and your friends. Just 5 minutes from the Milan Puskar football stadium with enough space to park up to 6 vehicles, our home is the perfect location for a WVU football game and tailgate. With the ability to comfortably sleep up to 14 people, you can enjoy time with family and friends with all the conveniences of home., including a full time monitored security and smoke alarm system. Shopping, dining, and pubs are just a 5 min drive away but if you want to entertain, a full kitchen (completely stocked), dining area, and family room with comfy couches, fire place, and a large screen TV allow you to be the perfect host. Got laundry? No problem. There's a washer and dryer on the main floor. Want to work out? Got that too. There is gym equipment in the garage and there are great jogging paths nearby. BBQ? Yup. Grill included. XBOX and pingpong for both the little and the big kids. A spacious deck out back gives you even more room to spread out and relax.

Worked out great for graduation

We slept 7 adults here comfortably. Check-in was easy and the owner responded quickly when we had a question. It was a great place for us to gather as a family during graduation weekend.

As Advertised - Great Location and Amenities!

We had an amazing family weekend at this property. The property accommodated family from FL, NC, AZ and NY that descended on Morgantown for the WVU v. Cincinnati game. Chris is a very responsive host and the property had all of the amenities that we needed for both pre- and post-game activities.

Great get together house

Beautiful space inside, great kitchen & large bedrooms. The deck outside was nice & the string of lights overhead were a nice touch. The garage had several games we played outside like corn hole & chairs too!! Had a great time with our family get together at this house. So close to the football stadium too.

Perfect football spot!

This home could not be any more perfect for a football weekend we could walk to the stadium. The house was clean well equipped , perfect for our group! Chris has thought of all kinds of amenities that made it a great stay. The room listed as an office I don’t think is technically an office. It’s a loft at the top of the stairs with a couch, but it was a comfortable couch and new, it would be great spot for kids. Overall, this place was fantastic, we would definitely rent again for a home football game!

Amazing family getaway!

We traveled to Morgantown from California, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania for the Junior Olympic Diving National Competition. We absolutely loved being within walking distance of the football stadium and University Hospital (where several family members were born). The house is spacious, well appointed, and super comfortable for a large family gathering. We enjoyed touring around the WVU campus in our spare time and enjoyed time on Cheat Lake as well. The hosts were amazingly attentive and helped to make this week a very special time for my family. I’d highly recommend to any Mountaineer Fans or others wanting to explore the WvU/Morgantown area. Thank you!

A fun place to hang out!

The Mountaineer Mini Chateau had everything we needed for a great weekend in Morgantown. We are big WVU sports fans and were in town for the WVU home basketball game. The house was clean and modern, and our host (Chris) was responsive and pleasant. Plenty of space for parking (we had 5 cars). We loved the themed rooms and the Mountaineer accents throughout the house! The garage turned game room was a great place to hang out, listen to music, and play ping pong. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of seating to enjoy meals together (grocery stores and restaurants/pubs are just a 5-minute drive). Seeing how close this property was to the football stadium (about a 5-minute walk) has already got us looking at renting the Mini Chateau for a home football game. Thanks for a great weekend!
