Located in the heart of Downtown Auburn, and only 1 block away from the Auburn University campus, this new 1BR Cottage offers you and your guests the highest comfort and convenience for your time on the Plains! Professionally designed and decorated, the Cottage is the perfect blend of contemporary elegance and southern charm with an open floor plan and gorgeous vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is fully stocked with quartz countertops and top-of-the-line LG appliances throughout, including full Washer & Dryer located off the kitchen. The main bedroom & en suite provides a queen size bed and a beautiful luxury tiled walk-in shower. The sleeper sofa (queen-size) provides space for 2 additional guests as well to comfortably sleep 4. The living room includes a 55" 4K SmartTV with complimentary YouTubeTV (plan includes most major sports channels). Complimentary on-site parking provided (one space per unit).

Great location!

This was a great spot to stay for our son's graduation. You cannot beat the location close to downtown Auburn. The unit was very clean and access was easy and seamless. We would 100% stay again.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Parking easy, communication from host good, clean and fresh decor etc. It was very bright in the bedroom at night which was the only drawback. The security pad is bright.

Adorable cottage, great location!

We booked a game weekend for just the two of us, visiting our freshman son. Location was great and accommodations were lovely! Not a lot of space to eat, so if you’re planning to cook just plan things that don’t really require sitting at a table. Kitchen was well stocked and we prepared breakfast and dinner there both days.
