This four bedroom two bath home sleeps 14 guests. It sits on a spacious six-acre lot in the heart of the many Current River activities. The hot tub has an outstanding five mile view to the east. The home is next-door to the Jadwin Canoe Rental, just down the road from Flat Nasty Off Road Park, just a few miles from the Current River (Cedar Grove), and a short drive to Montauk State Park. This home is perfect for vacation with various numbers of guests, events, reunions, weddings, hunting, fishing and river activities. It has the best view in the area.
This is a newly remodeled home. It has four total rv electric only hook ups outside. Two 50 amp and 2 30 amp outlets. The only people allowed to use the RV hook ups are the ones that rent the home. You’ll have no strangers in your yard. I charge $25 cash for each rv/camper using the electric hookups and $10 a night for guests staying in the camper.

Guests will have access to home and lot. Extra parking is available for events weddings and reunions are available.

I grew up in Salem, Missouri and am a retired Missouri State Trooper. This house was originally built by my Uncle Clinton Jadwin. He and Aunt Sue started the Jadwin Canoe Rental in 1968, running it out of this very home. They sold the Canoe Rental and my grandpa Cleo Jadwin moved into this very house in 1977. I was glad to buy the home that my family describes as grandpa’s house.

Location Location Location Location. The private 6 acre lot with the spacious home is a rare find to the weekend rental world. Breath taking view. Hot tub!!!! With the Jadwin Canoe Rental next door, it truly is the best location on the upper current river, Cedar Grove area. Great for Flat Nasty guests and Montauk fishermen.
