This is a beautiful historic home right in the middle of a quaint little downtown area in Aberdeen, NC. You can walk to pretty much anything you need: a small grocery, plenty of dining options and little boutiques spread all around. The property has a nice fenced in backyard that is great for keeping the little ones in or just having some good ole privacy. Moore County is a great place to settle down and just breathe in the fresh air!

Why they chose this property

We love the neighborhood as it sits right in the middle of the Historic downtown area of Aberdeen. You can conveniently walk to bars, restaurants, shopping and even an old town grocery. Although its located in downtown it is still very peaceful and quiet. It is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life while also offering the great amenities of being able to walk to anything you need. Aberdeen is located in Moore County that is home to the best golf in the United States and also to an amazing equestrian community! You will find plenty to do in the area as it has become a great destination place for many.

What makes this property unique

The Martin House is an old Historic house past its 100th bday. It still has all the great details and love of that era and yet it has plenty of the amenities that we so enjoy today. It is a great place to relax and soak up the North Carolina sun and Moore County hospitality!
