Lakeview 130 has undergone a total renovation. Self checkin with an entry door keypad. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 4 individuals max comfortably. Enjoy the pool 150' away and cook on the grill on the balcony that overlooks the pool. Just 3/4 mile from Pinehurst Clubhouse and area attractions close by.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, blender, mixer, coffee maker, crockpot, pizza pan, cookie sheets, waffle maker, coffees, teas and creamers, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baggies quart and gallon.

One bedroom has two beds and one bedroom has a king that can be split. High end bed linens and towels. New memory foam mattresses

3 Roku televisions, DVDs and player, free wifi, first aid kits, sewing kits, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and pool towels provided. Great room tv is a smart tv so you can stream. There is a camera that overlooks the parking lot and front stoop for the lower and upper level.

Beautiful condo in Pinehurst. It's nicely situated close to all activities yet it still allows for quiet time. The condo was very clean and welcoming. Just like home.

We gathered to celebrate our family Patriarchs 80th birthday. This was the perfect location for 4 of us. Plenty of room, priced very good, bright, clean, well stocked ammenities. Comfortable beds and furniture. We will return.

US Kids Golf Camp

A fantastic spot for my daughter and I to rest after long days at US Kids Golf Camp (Longleaf). We were able to see some behind the scenes action at the Pinehurst on our commute to camp. The community is very peaceful on the water and the location of the pool is ideal. The owner has thought of every nice to have and included it with the property. We will stay there again.

Amazing Home!

The home was exactly how they advertised it. The home was spotless clean, comfortable and inviting. I felt it was our home away from home. They thought of everything from a cotton swab to my favorite Starbucks coffee to a suggestion book for the best restaurants, and the local grocery stores, NICE. Whenever we are back in the area we will certainly utilize this home.

Fantastic - we didn't want to leave!

We can't say enough good things about this rental! We loved the wonderful hospitality from Celie beginning to end, the amazing interior design, convenient location with lovely views out the windows, thoughtful toiletries in the bathrooms and how spotless the condo was. We were two couples and the layout of the place is perfect with plenty of room for everyone. After 3 nights, we were ready to move in. It's truly a home away from home and we can't wait to go back...

Cute, clean condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and well appointed condo. We were disappointed in the late 4 pm check-in combined with a 10 am check out. For the nightly rate plus fees we were hoping to at least check out and use the pool for a few hours on Sunday before heading home. The pool has no bathrooms (just a porta potty) and you have to use the pool fob to get in.

Beautiful, but Glade Plug in Disaster

The condo was beautiful, well equipped and in a nice location. However there were two glade plug ins that were so overwhelming. we had remove and put them outside and open all windows and with air purifier running, the smell remained overpowering throughout stay. No one slept well that first night, allergy and asthma really affected the wife. Glade plug ins and synthetic parfums are never a good idea.

After Bill’s first retirement, we made our move to the Pacific Northwest. Bill began his second career, and I continued my first career. We also built a working ranch and established a forest stewardship. After 15 years, we purchased a home in Pinehurst. We enjoy the outdoor activities that Pinehurst offers; golf, tennis, boating, hiking and relaxing. We have been involved in purchasing and renovating properties for 43 years. In September of 2015 we purchased Lakeview 130 and began a total renovation. Now complete we invite you to stay and enjoy this historic area and all the activities it offers. Thank you for considering Lakeview 130. As always our continued thoughts and prayers are with our service members currently serving, those who have served and their families. A Ring doorbell camera is on the front stoop. It is engaged 24/7. Thank you.
