The space was thoughtfully designed to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

The house features three bedrooms with bold colors and warm lighting, all with queen beds, memory foam mattresses, and bedside charging stations. Sleep comfortably in 100% cotton sateen sheets washed with hypoallergenic detergent (in consideration of guests with skin sensitivities).

The living room has a large couch and swivel chair and TV with access to all streaming services. The large dining table provides seating for up to 6, making it the ideal spot to share a meal or enjoy a game night.

The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, and cookware. Please note, there's no microwave but an air fryer is available for cooking or reheating meals easily. Guests have access to the coffee and tea station, complete with an espresso machine, cold brew maker, and French press. Start your day off on the right with a cup brewed just how you like it!

The brand new bathroom has a rain showerhead and is stocked with Kiehl's shampoo, conditioner, face wash, and body wash, ensuring guests have everything they need for a luxurious and pampering experience.

Step onto the covered patio and into the backyard, where you'll find a private oasis complete with a jumbo 9-foot Cowboy pool, perfect for taking a refreshing dip on hot Texas days. The backyard is fully fenced, providing a safe and secure space for pets and kids to play.

Great location, cute little house!

Our family of 4 loved this house - the cowboy pool was a hit with the kids and I loved sitting on the patio, listening to the birds in the morning. Each bedroom was cozy and the kitchen has everything we needed - plus an espresso maker for my coffee connoisseur husband. And it was a great location to enjoy Austin. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

The perfect place for a fun getaway! The property was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Lots of convenient amenities and the host was very thoughtful and responsive. We adored the decor and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. Would definitely book again!
